Vacation
All full-time hourly employees will be granted an annual vacation with pay
according to their work schedule. Please see the vacation accrual schedule
in the employee handbook for details. Eligible employees receive two
weeks vacation after one year of service and three weeks of vacation after
only ive years of service. Additional days are received with more service
up to a maximum of ive weeks vacation. Exempt oficers are eligible for
three weeks of vacation each year and begin receiving more vacation with
their 11th year of service.

Holidays
TheBANK recognizes certain holidays throughout the year. Full-time and
part-time employees will receive holiday pay when TheBANK is closed in
observance of a holiday. Holidays for each location and the dates of those
observed holidays will be determined on an annual basis. These observed
holidays may vary by location. However, days of observance will normally
be those observed by the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank and will be
posted at each facility of TheBANK.
Recognized holidays include:
Martin Luther King Jr. Day
President’s Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Columbus Day
Veterans Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day
New Year’s Day
