PROGRAM
Franke greatly values wellness, thus we seek to inspire you and your family’s
collective physical, mental, and financial wellbeing. As a result, we are excited
to announce you will be able to save $800 in annual medical premiums if you
complete Franke’s wellness program requirements. You will be able to save
an additional $800 in annual medical premiums if your covered spouse also
completes Franke’s wellness program requirements. That’s a $1,600 savings for
the year!
To receive reduced premiums, all activities must have been completed by
October 31, 2018. If you were hired June 1, 2018 or later, you will receive the
reduced premiums for the 2019 plan year.
2020 Franke Wellness program requirements will be confirmed in early 2019.
