Within the “Qualification” program to enhance the capabilities of

the second grade.. Dubai Government Human Resources
Department graduates a group of its employees

Dubai, United Arab Emirates – The Dubai Government Human Resources Department held a special ceremony in

appreciation of the efforts of its distinguished employees who successfully graduated from the “Qualification”

program to develop second-class leaders. They were honored by His Excellency Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi,
Director General of the Department, in the presence of a number of department leaders and representatives of the
PWC Academy (PwC), which implements the program.

This strategic program is the result of exceptional cooperation between the Dubai Government Human Resources

Department and the BWC Academy for Consulting and Training, to provide emerging leaders with the tools and
knowledge necessary to anticipate the future, and enhance their capabilities to manage institutional transformation

and adopt artificial intelligence in various fields of work, to meet future needs and keep pace with the latest global
trends in empowering government competencies, combining behavioral, technical and strategic development.
