The Co-op Property Code of Conduct is designed to assist the supply chain
(FM, Construction and Non-Trading) to understand the Co-op vision for
operating safely together whilst carrying out works of any type on our
existing premises and construction sites.

The document compiles information from different sources including
legislation, codes of practice, operating procedures, industry standards
and Co-op specific policies.

It also provides information on behavioral conduct, how Co-op manage
the supply chain and the regional RHSE Managers/Advisors.
The entire supply chain is expected to cascade this document to their
workforce and ensure that it is understood and followed in conjunction
with their own safety procedures and risk assessments
