This year was even more exciting than the last. The fun
started on friday night with bike night. There were vendors
selling food like grillades (a thinly cut pork steak) and
white beans and cajun fried rice. Spectators walked around
eating and drinking while looking at all the beautiful and
radical bikes brought in by their riders.
Saturday morning brought perfect weather for the
show. The mini bikes started it off early racing on an oval
track. Let me tell you that the adults were no match for
the young’uns! They passed them
up like they were at a standstill! This
year, drift trikes were included in the
racing fun. They were a little harder
to maneuver through the turns, but they
held their own for sure. Wait...is that a
helicopter? Yes folks! Drake Foret with
Superior Flight Academy graciously
piloted his helicopter to offer people rides
at the show. What a thrill! Travis Giscair took
some awesome video up in the air of the show.
You may want to look for it on Youtube guys and dolls!
