Giselle knew right then and there that she would have to take
control right then. It was like a Giselle was the mama and somebody
had attacked one of her children. It is also funny thing about being in
an abusive relationship, which this was; even though Jerome had
threatened Giselle and swung at her, and called her every kind of a
bitch and other names under the sun, it was not until he threatened
one of our employees that the gloves came off for good. Giselle seems
to lose all fear of his craziness and intimidation. Hell, Giselle became
a little CRAZY herself!
The next morning, Giselle contacted her attorney and went to
obtain advice. She returned to the office at about noon. Based on the
information given by legal counsel, they told her she needed to make
some hard decisions. Like she didn't know that already.
Stephanie finally told me what had occurred. CRAZY Jerome told
her he wanted to meet with her downstairs in the lobby to discuss
some HR issues. As they were riding the elevator down, he pinned her
in a corner and told her he knew she had been divulging company
information to other employees and that if she is not careful, he was
going to rip her head off. He had her trapped in the corner of the
elevator where she could not move. No wonder she was shaking so
bad. Jerome was a stocky bodybuilder, weighing 260 pounds while
Stephanie weighed all of 100 pounds.
Once Stephanie left the office and on her way home, she called
her father and husband and told them what occurred, and they were
