punching, no anything. I was thinking if it was that easy for Giselle to
get rid of him, she should have done it a couple of years earlier. But
you know it is always God’s timing and not ours.
She immediately called me into her office. I was thinking maybe
it was my turn to take a suspension. Who knew what the new and
improved Giselle was going to do! At this point, I knew Giselle didn't
give a damn, but she informed me that I could stay and have 24 shares
of something or 24 shares of nothing. YES! She was determined
Jerome had to go; he was totally out of control.
Of course, I agreed with Jerome's suspension, but I was having
mixed emotions because Jerome was my boy. Jerome had become an
intricate part of my personal life. He always looked out for me, hell he
was the one that gave me the shares in the first place, but I had a family
to take care of and I need this job, so it was either me or him.
That afternoon, Jerome was officially suspended. Giselle
continued to interact with our attorney to draft Jerome's suspension
letter. We came up with a letter that required Jerome to attend anger
management classes. Once the letter was drafted, Giselle and the
attorney had to convince me to sign the letter. The attorney felt it
would look better if both of us signed the letter to demonstrate a
united front. Giselle said she was signing the letter with or without me.
I agreed to sign the letter.
Giselle and I both knew Jerome's suspension and the anger
management letter was just a short-term solution until Jerome could
