My poor sister! Her stress level started reaching its peak with her
daddy’s health and trying to finance the business. She had so much on
her plate at the time so many things to do, with every decision having
to be a major decision. When Big Poppa entered the hospital, they
indicated he would have to enter a nursing home. She knew she could
not let that happen. She was going to have to move back into her
house and prepare to bring her daddy to MD; it was her only option.
She told me she had contacted Leroy to see if they could meet for
dinner, she told him she needed to discuss some things with him. He
agreed and they met at a restaurant in Columbia. She said when he
arrived, of course, he looked as though he had drowned in a bottle of
Wild Irish Rose.
Once he sat down, she said she told him that Big Poppa was in
the hospital and she wanted to move back to the house so she could
bring him to MD. He told her she could bring Big Poppa and he could
live with her in the condo. Really? Seriously? He felt the condo was
more handicap accessible than the house since it was on the ground
floor. He could get an estimate on how to make the condo more
accessible. Crazy Leroy told her that she was changing the terms of
their original agreement. She needed to provide him with a new
agreement. He would take into consideration her father’s health.
When she told me this I was fuming! I wanted to go down there and
beat his drunk ass myself, so I know she was extra pissed. Here Giselle
was covering the mortgage payment since she left his sorry ass, his
