That’s Crazy
contact Melissa at 3:00 am in the morning. He says yes. Kenneth asked
him why he would contact an employee at 3:00 am in the morning
when he was the president and over the Human Resources
Department. His response, he was calling to discuss business. He
realized by Kenneth's reaction, that he had made a mistake. So, he
clarified by stating that his Uncle was hired to provide handyman
services to Melissa and that he was coordinating the logistics. He
began to brag on how Tyrone looked up to him and how he made
Tyrone who he was.
I could see the CRAZY coming through his eyes and he began to
throw the daggers my way. By the end of the deposition, he was
steaming; he came in with arrogance and left with madness. I guessed
I would have to go back on code orange alert. This would be the last
of the depositions and the next step was for the attorneys to negotiate
an agreement to close this chapter. By summer, the bimbos decided
they wanted to settle because they did not have as strong of a case as
they originally thought. They wanted to settle for $30,000 each. When
the suit was first filed, Tonya was asking for $2 million dollars and
Melissa was asking for $1 million dollars. That surely was a big drop
from the original requests. I told my attorney that I would rather pay
the $60,000 to him as opposed to giving it to them. A trial was set for
the winter.
