Q. I am an open-minded kind of guy. I guess it must have just
escaped me.
A. I don’t think they would let you in.
Q. Do you work by yourself or do you work with partners?
A. Just me.
Q. This is reportable income I assume? Do you report this income?
A. Yes. Some.

A. Yes. As much as I can. I don’t make that much. Times are hard.
Kenneth asked him if a company employed him to perform his
exotic dancing service. He responded no. Kenneth continued, asking
how he was able to obtain work, did he advertise in the Washington
Post or the Blade (the well-known gay paper)? Of course, Jerome's
body language indicated he was truly offended by Kenneth's
questions. He told Kenneth he got work through word of mouth, he
performed at private parties and at a club in Waldorf called The Chapter.
Kenneth asked him if he had been in contact with Melissa or Tonya’s
attorney. He said the last time he spoke with their attorney was two
months earlier because he was not satisfied with his current attorney
