Since Kenneth had finally gotten the truth out of her, he

continued to mess with her for fun. He knew how much of an attitude
she had and how many problems I had with Melissa regarding cursing

and intimidating everyone who worked with her. Kenneth asked her
if she ever cursed, she said yes. He asked her to repeat some of the

curse words she used. She looked at him as though he was crazy and

stated, “What do you mean?” She said she curses, he wanted to know
her exact words. She replied, “Well, I use hell, damn, shit.”

Additionally, she claimed she only used those words during lunch
hours; she did not curse in the morning and waited until lunch to curse

and stopped after lunch. CRAZY.

After the deposition, Kenneth and I laughed. He told me he

always wanted to do that. It felt good that Kenneth was able to see
through each one of the bimbo’s personalities, he knew Melissa was

the B… and Tonya was the unstable one.

After hearing the truth and seeing Jerome’s handprints all over

this trumped-up case, Kenneth said we needed to go after Jerome. I
said especially since we had paid that Negro $100,000. I felt we had

paid Jerome to help sink us. We then had to determine whether we
would go to trial. Kenneth indicated the mess could carry on into the

following year.

By then Kenneth had informed me he was also a divorce attorney

and he would represent me in the divorce from Leroy, thank
