When Kenneth requested documentation regarding Tyrone's

alleged harassing phone calls to her cell phones, she claimed she had

thrown away all evidence in reference to this case. She also did not
understand why the reports documented by her therapist never
mentioned anything about sexual harassment. When Tonya claimed

she did not have any cell phone records, Kenneth said he would

subpoena the cell phone company for her records. The bimbos really
did not think things through; they allowed themselves to get caught

into Jerome's insanity.

Tonya continued to discuss how Tyrone had been after her from

her first day of employment. When she began to recant the story, I
could see Tyrone’s anger and he was ready to kill Jerome. I could

understand Tyrone’s anger, because ever since the lawsuit, the brother
had been paranoid to be alone with a woman. Crazy really was getting

to him between Jerome’s constant harassment and contacting his
friends and family and Tonya, who was trying to destroy his marriage

and family. Tonya really looked as though she was on serious
medication and was very subdued throughout the deposition. I do give

her props; she stayed true to her story. Regardless of how many

documents we had to dispel her story, she continued to stick by it.
