That’s Crazy
She admitted Jerome had picked up her and Tonya from the
airport after Jerome had been suspended, and she knew he had been
on suspension from the company and was not to have any contact
with CGS employees. She said Jerome wanted her to give him our
clients' names and phone numbers.
Kenneth asked her why she did not feel she needed to inform
Tyrone and me, her employers, about these contacts with Jerome. She
could not respond. Kenneth then began to question her about her
responses to the interrogatories and what she had signed under oath.
He asked if it was her signature on the documents. She said yes. Next,
he asked her to read the section regarding Tonya's performance. In
her interrogatories, she claimed Tonya was the perfect employee, there
were no complaints from the clients, and there were no problems with
her timesheets.
Kenneth showed her the notes she had taken at the meeting when
the client was informing Tyrone and her about Tonya’s attitude and
rude behavior. She had also stated the client was placing CGS on
probation. Kenneth showed her the memo she had written regarding
Tonya lying on her timesheets. Now, through her responses in the
interrogatories, she was claiming the only reason Tonya was placed on
probation was because of the sexual harassment. She admitted she lied
on the interrogatories, but she was now telling the truth (and selling
out both Jerome and Tonya).
