gave this information to Kenneth, so his lying would be on the record.

Kenneth then questioned Jerome about his contacts with Melissa

and Tonya. He asked Jerome if he had a personal relationship with
Melissa. Jerome responded, their relationship was a business and social

relationship. He wanted to know if Jerome knew if either woman had
a history of mental illness. Jerome responded no. Kenneth asked

where he was currently employed; he replies he was currently working
as an exotic dancer. It took everything I had not to laugh. He stated

this as if he was proud of his new career. The looks on Kenneth’s face
and the face of the transcriber were hilarious. I could see Kenneth had

a new angle and he wanted to play with his response for the record, of
course.
