phone bills visible, so Jerome could see we had copies of all parties’

cell phone bills. My lo-jack investigations came into play; I am so glad
I began to track the calls.

Kenneth’s clerk had placed all the calls on a spreadsheet, so we
could see who was calling who on what date and time.

Once he saw the copies of the bills, Jerome had a whole new

testimony. Now all of sudden, he wanted to plead the fifth and he did
not recall anything. After a few more intense questions by Kenneth,

his arrogance and ego chimed in and he had to respond to some of
the questions and continue his lying. He had always told me everyone

told him he should be an attorney, and just like my cousin, he thought
he was as smart as any attorney. The difference between him and my

cousin, my cousin was a whole lot smarter and has represented herself
against the Department of Education and the Kinston Housing

Authority and she won the cases; which is the main reason why

As Kenneth began to question him specifically on his relationship

with Melissa, he became very agitated. He told Kenneth he had told
