Kenneth kept having her repeat the date and she kept to that date. She
began by saying Jerome had contacted her after he had been fired and

arranged to meet at TGI Friday. Jerome informed her he wanted to
get even with Tyrone and me. He wanted to make Tyrone pay. He told

her Tyrone was getting ready to place her on probation and Tyrone

felt she was a threat because Jerome also knew what happened to her
in March. She claimed Jerome persuaded her to sue us because Tyrone

should pay for what he did to her.

She then informed us Jerome had given Melissa $200 dollars so

she could hire an attorney. She claimed she told Melissa on the date
she filed the complaint that she was being sexually harassed by Tyrone.

Melissa then gave her the $200, Jerome had provided her the money
to hire the crazy attorney and she hired crazy Tom, her attorney. He

wrote the complaint to the County Employment and Opportunity
Commission. She claimed we had brought on her bi-polar condition

because of the stress. She admitted working at a strip club as a waitress
and she wore skimpy outfits as part of her uniform. Crazy also

admitted she was still collecting unemployment and working at the

same time. Additionally, she admitted she was not going to sue us until
after she met with Jerome. She claimed to have been under a lot of
stress.

The whole crazy thing about Tonya’s deposition was that she kept

looking at Tyrone and me to confirm her lies. She continued to say
