Deposing a Bimbo

T
he second deposition was two days later. We were deposing
Melissa, who was represented by the same crazy attorney that
represented crazy Tonya. I had noticed, based on my undercover
lo-jack skills with Jerome’s cell phone, the connection between Jerome
and the women had slowed down tremendously.
Melissa opened the deposition by lying. She stated I told her to
change her resume to indicate she had a college degree. I almost
choked on my tea. I thought the bimbo had a degree. She continued
to declare that I met with her and Jerome and I asked her to change
her resume for a proposal.
She proceeded to say Jerome had been trying to have sex with her
from the day she started working for CGS. Jerome would often
contact her at all times of the night. They would speak at least three
to four days per week. They mainly spoke about shopping, family, and
friends. Kenneth asked her if she felt she was being sexually harassed.
She tried to act like she did not know what sexual harassment meant.
