Precautionary Safety Practices for the
2021 SCCTM Conference
• Room seating will be limited to 50% capacity.
• Online pre-registration will be implemented for sessions due to
limited capacity.
• Session tickets will be e-mailed. Links for this will be shared as
soon as the schedule is finalized.
• Attendees will be asked to wear masks.
• Sanitizer stations will be made available.
• We will stagger sessions times to allow for cleaning and sanitation
between sessions.
• No on-site registration. Check-in will be via QR code.
• Payment may be made electronically by emailing purchase orders
or by paying with a card online.
• Checks must be received at least 14 days prior to the event unless
the purchase order has been received as proof of authorization to
attend the event.
