SCCTM Safety Regulations
The Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center adheres to all fire and

emergency evacuation codes. SCCTM asks for your cooperation with
the enforcement of these codes. If there is not a chair available in a
room, then that room has reached capacity. Please do not sit on the
floor or stand against the wall. To follow fire codes, extra people must

leave the room.

Other Meetings

SCLME (South Carolina Leaders of Mathematics Education) Meeting

The South Carolina Leaders of Mathematics Education (SCLME) will
meet on Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at EdVenture.

SCCTM Fellows - Ambassadors Meeting
The SCCTM Fellow-Ambassadors will meet on Wednesday at
EdVenture from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Pre-Service Teacher Workshop

On Thursday evening, a special workshop for pre-service teachers will
be held at the Lexington School District 2 Performing Arts Center (Lex2
PAC) from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Speakers

SCCTM Speakers will check in at the Information Desk in the Convention Center
lobby upon arrival at the conference. A projector, cart, needed cords, and screen
will be provided in each presentation room. Speakers are responsible for bringing
any other materials or equipment that they might need for their session. Speakers
have been provided with a link to the SCCTM Speaker Handouts Google Drive to
upload their handouts. A link to the 2024 handouts will be emailed to all
attendees, along with their certificates of attendance in the month of December.
