Checking In at the Conference

Attendees will check in by printing their name badges via an iPad
printer kiosk in the lobby of the convention center. The names of

registered attendees with no outstanding payments will be uploaded
into the name badge printing system ahead of time. Lanyards will be
provided.

Thursday 7:30 – 4:00
Friday 7:30 – 9:00

Exhibits

Mathematics instructional materials, software, publications, and
professional services will be on display in the Conference Hall of the
Convention Center. Commercial exhibits will be open to attendees

during the following hours:

Thursday 7:30 – 4:00

Friday 7:30 – 2:00

Sessions

Professional Development sessions will be presented concurrently

throughout the day on Thursday and Friday. The conference begins
with the Opening Keynote Address on Thursday at 8:30 AM and
ending with the closing keynote address at 2:00 on Friday. Please

download your session planning form from the scctm.org website.
This form will also be useful when submitting your points for
recertification
