               School employees o�en fall into three groups: those who believe they have no

               rights, those who believe they have rights, and those who believe they have rights
               that they don’t have. Therefore, when someone asks “What are my rights?” The

                                    Conflict for Deeper Understanding.


               How can we increase rigor in the classroom? According to NCTM (2018), rigor
               involves crea�ng an environment that challenges students to develop a deep

               understanding of mathema�cal concepts. Join us for an engaging session on
               enhancing mathema�cal understanding and rigor through produc�ve
               mathema�cal conflict using Desmos Classroom ac�vi�es.  Grades 6 - 8
