               Elevate early fluency for all students with games! Collaborate in ac�vi�es that

               build numeracy, enhance opera�ons understanding, and develop strategies.
               Explore criteria for choosing effec�ve, equitable games that offer meaningful
               prac�ce. Gain tools for monitoring progress and suppor�ng language

               development. Grades PreK - 2

                         Using Manipula�ves to Explore Frac�on Concepts


               Par�cipants in this session will explore frac�on concepts through the use of
               manipula�ves to help students build a solid founda�on for success with frac�ons.
               Ready-made lessons from hand2mind that progress through the Concrete-
               Representa�on-Abstract (CRA) approach will be used to explore frac�on concepts.
