The Account Director has both the responsibility and
authority to ensure the successful delivery of the project
and will lead a team specially brought together to deliver
the mobilisation. The mobilisation process continues well
into the early stages of the contract. Hence, there will be
a point where the emphasis for delivering the mobilisation
project will transfer from the mobilisation to the new on site
management team.

Comserve’s final approach to mobilisation cannot be solidified
at this stage, as it requires input from the AIB team. However,
we have produced a draft mobilisation plan, illustrated here,
that when completed, will identify the essential elements of a
programme that would satisfy AIB’s requirements. Comserve
consider mobilisation over three phases:

a) Mobilisation planning

b) Mobilisation delivery

c) Staff transfer strategy
