Progressive Overload in Time-Volume

               Training







               Progressive overload is a fundamental principle of muscle

               growth, and Time-Volume Training incorporates it in a unique

               way. If you can make it through one-third of the 15-minute

               block with 10-second rest intervals, you increase the weight in


               the next workout. If not, you keep the weight the same and

               repeat the process. This gradual increase in workload ensures

               continuous muscle adaptation and growth over time.
