Happy New Year Top Ladies, Top Teens and Lords. It is with enthusiasm, energy and excitement to publish

the 2016 Summer/Fall Edition of The Scepter with God, that made it possible.

This edition of The Scepter features Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. national and
local partnerships and Parliamen-Top 2016. It has been made possible for Top
Ladies of Distinction, Inc. to partner with many organizations on a national and
local level. These partnerships and their direct contacts representing the face of
these organizations were a great part of Parliamen-Top 2016 held at the Wyndham
Glenview Suites Hotel in Glenview, Illinois, September 29 - October 2, 2016.

With your continued support, I will continue to publish a polished product that
educates, entertains, informs and persuades you to continue to take positive action
in your respective communities. Continue to adhere to the submission deadlines
and guidelines. This will assist with publishing timely information and the delivery
of a quality newsmagazine.

It is a pleasure serving as your National Editor of the Newsletter and I hope that
you enjoy this edition and all editions that you read under my tenure. I look forward to publishing the next edi-
tion of The Scepter as the 2017 Fall/Winter edition.

The deadline to submit your article and one (1) photo for the next edition of The Scepter is March 7,
2017. This edition will feature Area conferences and much more.
