I suspect that when you think about courage at work


        you tend to think about taking risks, making big
        decisions and embarking on major change.







        I would suggest that one of the most courageous

        things you can do at work is have the conversation

        that needs to be had.






        You know the one. That tricky conversation to address

        inappropriate behaviour, that conversation to tell

        someone you disagree, or simply saying no! We call

        them gritty conversations.
