WHAT do you want to say?
Write this down. Putting it on paper will let you gather
your thoughts. Also include how it is making you feel. Is
it angry, frustrated, disappointed?
Identify the emotion you are feeling. Use ‘I’ statements
to make sure you that you are sharing your point of
view. I noticed, I think, or I feel.
