          This charge includes necessary services and staff, temporary shelter of remains, and transportation of remains from
          airport to our facility. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies.


          IMMEDIATE BURIAL*                                                                          2445
          Our charge for an immediate burial includes local removal, care and shelter of remains, basic services of funeral di-
          rector and staff, refrigeration for 72 hours, authorizations and hearse to local cemetery. This charge does not include
          visitation, rites, ceremonies, or casket.

          IMMEDIATE CREMATION*                                                                       2445
          Our charge for a immediate cremation without an attendant, rites or ceremonies includes removal of remains, refrig-
          eration for 72 hours, necessary services of staff and authorizations, as well as the crematory fee. It does not include a
          cremation container. State and local law do not require a casket for direct cremation. However, crematory requirements
          state that the body must be encased. If you want to arrange an immediate cremation, you can use an alternative con-
          tainer. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials.
          The containers we provide are: corrugated fiberboard and hardboard.

          DISINTERMENT*                                                                               950
          This charge includes the filing of proper state authorizations for disinterment of remains, disinterment and relocation
          to another cemetery within a 25-mile radius, and licensed supervision for disinterment and relocation of remains. This
          charge does not include cemetery expenses of opening and closing the cemetery spaces. Additional mileage outside of
          25-mile radius is $3.22 per mile.

          * These highlighted items already include a charge for Basic Services of Funeral Director and Staff.
