HOW TO MAKE PULUIK PUCUNG




                  Ingredients   :


                      ●  1kg of white sticky rice
                      ●  3L of coconut milk
                      ●  5 onions
                      ●  2 teaspoons of salt
                      ●  5 banana leaves
                      ●  5 strands of plastic rope

                  Steps  :

                      1.  Soak the white sticky rice in cold water in a large bowl for at least 1 hour. Drain and set it
                         aside.
                      2.  Into a large bowl, chop the onions and add the sticky rice and coconut milk. Pinch some
                         salt while stirring the dough lightly.
                      3.  Prepare  the  banana  leaves.  Take  1  tablespoon  of  the  dough  and  put  it  on  a  leaf.  Don‘t
                         forget to pour some of the milk into it. Wrap and fold the leaf. Tie it with a rope at the top.
                      4.  Steam the folded leaves in a hot pot. After over 45 minutes, turn off the heat and Puluik
                         Pucung is ready to be served.
