Puluik Pucung, or also known as Puluik Kucuang
is one of the typical foods of Kuantan Singingi Regency.
This dish turns out to have a delicious taste and unique
packaging. Made from white sticky rice with the addition
of coconut milk, this dish is packaged in banana leaves
which are Pucung (tied) using plastic, rubber, or bamboo
strands.
