The tenants we find to rent your property are our most valued asset and
we think its important you view them in that light. We’ll spend a lot of
time and effort working to make them happy – all the while understanding
that we work for you and on your behalf. We’ve shared with you the

processes by which we do most things – and given you some tools that will
help you better understand what you can expect from the services we will
provide to you. We’ve also shared what will be expected from you during

the course of our relationship.
