• Key copies should be made – please anticipate at least one key per bedroom in the
house, plus two copies for our management team. We will give each resident a copy of
the key – so additional keys may be necessary after a tenant is found.
• You must provide all mailbox keys, garage door openers, storage keys (if separate),
parking & pool passes, and any other thing your tenant will need to fully access the
property.
