Introduction

Welcome to the Nest Team! Here’s your PLAYBOOK – it should help you along the way. We look
forward to getting to know your property and helping you meet your rental expectations. The next
several pages are very important – we realize it may take a little bit of time, but we hope you can
read through and absorb the information here. We’re going to answer questions you have; and,
we’re probably going to answer a few questions you didn’t even know you had.

The intention behind this document is to help manage your expectations, provide guidelines and set
the bar for the service you should expect from our team. We hope by the time you’ve finished
reading, you’ll know a few things about us – most importantly, that we’ve got your back! Our goals
are yours and we truly look at our relationship with your best interests in mind.

Lastly, we want you to feel comfortable with the decision you’ve made to hire Nest PM. We truly are
property EXPERTS, and we’re not shy about it! We have dozens of years of experience – not just in
Real Estate, but in all facets of property management. From Accounting to Maintenance – you’re
going to find that we know a thing or two. But, it doesn’t only do us good to tell you – we’re going to
earn your trust, and your PLAYBOOK is just a start to us proving our worth.

performed in your home to new leases to routine inspections – our team is going to keep you
in the loop.

front, especially when things don’t go as planned. We can’t predict the future and we are
certainly human beings who err; but, you can always expect that you will be treated fairly, your
tenants will be given respect and your property will be watched after by our team as if it were
our own.
