Maintenance Specialist
Our Maintenance Coordinator is the most popular with your tenants – always here to save the
day! If it’s broke, we send out our Maintenance Coordinator and….voila! Problem solved. This
position provides skill in many types of repairs – appliances, HVAC, general carpentry,
plumbing, electrical. A true jack of all trades.
But – simply being able to fix things is only part of it. Our maintenance coordinator is the true
customer service concierge. Oftentimes, the most tangible point of contact our tenants have
with our team is through the maintenance services we provide. We must be quick, we must be
efficient, and we must be diligent and communicative. Our maintenance coordinator is all of
those things for you and is the true steward of your property and its upkeep.
Leasing Agent
The leasing agent is usually the first point of contact for prospective tenants – the tip of the
spear, w/r/t finding the right person who wants to rent your home. So – suffice it to say, the
leasing agent sets the tone for our relationship with your tenant and we always want to start
on the right foot!
Obviously, the leasing agent shows your property. But, their benefit to the process is so much
more than simply opening a door. They are very knowledgeable of all our available properties
– a walking encyclopedia of the ins and outs. The leasing agent must be attentive to the needs
of the prospect and be able to identify which property will be the best match. Listening and
understanding the needs of our customers is pivotal in finding your tenants.
Accounting Operations Manager
The Accounting Operations Manager works diligently, behind the scenes to ensure the wheels
on the bus keep moving forward in the right direction. Properly accounting for your money is
one of the most important things that we do for you. From processing tenant payments &
charges, to making sure invoices for contractors and utilities get paid timely – it all starts with
our Accounting Operations.
HOA & Commercial Management
At Nest PM – the name of the game is maintaining a diverse portfolio. This particularly applies
to the properties we look for from a Residential Management perspective, but it also applies to
the avenues of business we pursue. We don’t just manage residential rental property – we also
manage commercial properties and homeowner associations. You may come across members
of our team that specialize in these other areas – because, after all we are a small company. We
cross train our employees so they can at least speak intelligently and understand the nature of
your concerns or questions – if for no other reason than to make sure they get the right team
member to help. You may want to take a minute to check out our websites for these businesses
via www.nesthoa.com and www.nestcommercial.com.
