           The hardest thing about training from home is that you can so easily lie on the couch and binge
           watch your favourite Ne�lix shows instead. Here’s a few pointers to ge�ng your body and mind
           out of the lazy slump and into workout mode.

           1. Get an exercise mat. They are affordable, comfortable to exercise on and can turn any room
           into a gym studio in a ma�er of seconds.

           2. Set an exact �me every day to work out and s�ck to it!


           3. Put on your gym clothes including your runners.


           4. Pump the mo�va�onal tunes and turn off your TV and other distrac�ons.
