Should I Count my Calories?
This is a good queson, and it really depends on the person. I would suggest that anyone that’s
looking to lose weight, should count their calories for at least two weeks. That way they can get
a proper understanding of how many calories they are currently eang and how many calories
are in certain foods.
One day you may think that you haven’t eaten many calories, so you can now treat yourself to
some McDonald’s chips. A large McDonalds chips contains a whopping 460 calories! And that’s
not including a meal. If you’re like me, you could probably eat two large chips and sll be
hungry! Tracking calories will pinpoint where you binge, and where the bulk of your calories are
coming from.
Aer two weeks of counng calories, it’s up to you whether you connue or not. The pros of
counng calories are that you know exactly what you’re eang and how much of a calorie
deficit you are in. The cons of counng calories are that it can be tedious, especially if you have
a busy lifestyle. Counng calories should also not be done by people who have hadan eang
disorder in the past.
Expending Energy Without Equipment
High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
What is HIIT?
High-Intensity Interval Training, also known as High-Intensity Intermient Exercise, involves
alternang between short bursts of intense exercise followed by lower-intensity recovery periods. HIIT
is a form of aerobic training which usually takes under 15 minutes to complete.
The great thing about HIIT is that it doesn’t require any equipment; it can be done anywhere, at any
me, it takes however, a lot of determinaon to put the body under such intense condions.
