Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement

Hercules Real Estate Services also provides policies under its Operations Manual accessible to me through my employ-
ment. I acknowledge and agree that nothing within the terms of the manual is intended to create or imply a contract for
any term of employment with Hercules Real Estate Services nor alter my at-will employment status in any manner. I
further acknowledge and agree that in the event of any conflict between the terms of the Employee Handbook and the
Operations Manual, the terms of the Employee Handbook will prevail.

Acknowledgement of Transfer Policy

I have been made aware of Hercules Real Estate Services policy on company-requested transfers and understand if I am
requested to transfer to another location within a 30-mile radius of my current location in the same or similar job capaci-
ty, failure to accept the transfer will be considered insubordination and will be grounds for discipline, up to and includ-
ing termination.
