Employees must not jeopardize the security of Hercules’ electronic communications systems.  As with all Hercules’ pol-
         icies, Hercules may modify this policy at any time.  Violations of this policy can result in disciplinary action, up to and
         including termination.


         15.0   Electronic Mail/Internet Access & Social Media Policy

         The Company has strict rules and requirements surrounding the use of the email system, Internet, and Social Media
         channels.  As part of your employment processing, you where required to sign and agree to the policy regarding Internet
         use/email use and social media  usage which was signed  in your new hire paperwork upon hire.



         16.0   Reimbursement for Business Use of Personal Vehicle

         If you must use your personal vehicle for business use (which does not include ordinary commute time), you must sub-
         mit an expense report for reimbursement.  Expense reports are due monthly for reimbursement. Reimbursement will be
         made at each location pursuant to IRS guidelines.

                                     EMPLOYEE HANDBOOK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

         Statement of Compliance with Anti-Discrimination and Anti-Harassment Policies

         I understand Hercules Real Estate Services’ zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination and harassment in the work-
         place and agree to fully comply with its anti-discrimination and anti-harassment policies and any training I may receive.
         Because all employees must share the responsibility of assuring the workplace is free from harassment, and so any com-
         plaints may be properly investigated, I agree to report to the Regional Manager, Director of Human Resources, Control-
         ler, or President (or in writing to the Virginia Beach Corporate Office) any behavior which may be considered to be hos-
         tile or offensive, whether or not the behavior is directed at me.  I understand that I can make any such good faith com-
         plaints without fear of retaliation.  I also understand that if I violate the policy on harassment or discrimination, I will be
         subject to appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.


         Handbook Acknowledgment

         I acknowledge that I have received the Hercules Real Estate Services Company Employee Handbook. I understand that
         the Hercules Real Estate Services Employee Handbook applies to any employer affiliated with Hercules Real Estate Ser-
         vices. I also acknowledge that I am expected to read, be familiar with, and abide by its contents.  I understand the Hand-
         book will be updated from time to time and that all policies (other than the Agreement to Arbitrate and Confidential and
         Proprietary Information/Non-Disclosure Agreement below) are subject to modification and/or deletion at any time, and I
         will be responsible for receiving and reading any revisions hereto.  I understand that my employment with Hercules
         Real Estate Services (and/or my employer affiliate, if applicable) is at-will and this Handbook and/or my signa-
         ture below does not create or imply a contract of employment.  With the exception of the Agreement to Arbitrate
         and the Confidential and Proprietary Information/Non-Disclosure Agreement below, nothing in this Handbook con-
         stitutes a contract.
