Services of Corgan, and of any other technical resource added to the team will be billed at actual
cost. KDC will compile invoices monthly, reviewing the requests of team members for
appropriateness to the stages of completion. An itemized monthly invoice from the team will then
be presented to JLL and Bell for payment.
