Define conceptual approach to long term campus configuration, addressing multiple options.
STRATEGIC PLANNING DELIVERABLES
■ Provide site analysis determining current land use activities
■ Identify overall site land availability
■ Provide high level analysis of site access points for both vehicular and employee use
■ Identify key circulation routes within the campus
■ Identify greenspace and landscaping opportunities within the site
■ Review sustainability goals for the project
■ Identify campus parking strategies
■ Determine campus security plan
Concept Planning (8 Weeks, Concurrent with Strategic
Planning)
Corgan will work collaboratively with the team, utilizing programing and visioning data, to develop options for
the campus expansion and transformation.
CONCEPT PLANNING DELIVERABLES
■ Develop ‘mood boards’ to illustrate workplace design concepts
■ Adjacency and stacking diagrams to align with strategic planning
■ Identify and develop key campus ‘hubs’
■ Campus flow diagrams
■ Develop up to five high level renderings of new workplace concepts
■ Identify and develop planning concepts for new and renovated buildings to be included in a pricing
narrative for ROM pricing of the schemes
■ Develop interior pricing narrative
Phasing Plans (4 Weeks)
Develop logistical phasing plan identifying critical developments within the campus.
PHASING PLAN DELIVERABLES
■ Create color coded plans classifying buildings by use
■ Create phased construction planning documents for demolition, repositioning, and new construction
■ Create a master schedule showing critical timelines for each stage of design and construction
Rom Pricing (4 Weeks) by KDC
KDC will work with construction industry resources an tap historical job cost data to forecast Rough Order of
Magnitude (ROM) costs for campus growth.
