Utilizing Corgan’s in house Media Lab, Corgan would produce a 3D animation showing how the campus strategy
would evolve over time and aligns with Bell’s business growth.

MEP CAMPUS SYSTEMS ASSESSMENT
Corgan will partner with an MEP engineering consultant to provide a building assessment of existing conditions.
The assessment will include the following deliverables:
■ Survey of existing systems shall include documentation of existing major mechanical systems to
understand capacity, age, and efficiency.
■ Meeting with ownership to understand and discuss flexibility with the existing system or possible upgrade
for campus. Upgrade options shall include a pros/cons analysis, master plan of space programming of
location, and ROI.

■ Electrical infrastructure survey to include documentation of existing distribution, and capability of
integration of a new mechanical system configuration.
