Clarifications


          ■  The following items have not been included in this proposal but can be provided as supplementary services:
          ■  We have not included TAS/ADA review and assessment of the campus.  We can solicit proposals as
           necessary if needed.

          ■  Furniture services are not included in this proposal, we can provide evaluation, inventories and/or furniture
           mock-ups.

          ■  Corgan assumes electronic files will be available for existing buildings.  If these files are not available, we can
           provide a supplemental service to provide 3D scanning and field verification as needed.
          ■  Corgan will provide the Conceptual and Strategic Planning documents to KDC for ROM pricing


       Contract Execution

       Our Team is excited to partner with Bell and KDC to imagine the future of your campus!  Receipt of this executed
       proposal will serve as a good faith Notice to Proceed (NTP).  The Terms & Conditions attached to this proposal are
       incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.


       For final contract execution, Corgan will prepare a Standard AIA form of Agreement between Architect and Client
       for Interior Design Services for your review and execution while proceeding with the project tasks outlined above.
       If, for any reason the AIA contract is not executed, all work performed will be paid for in accordance with the hours
       worked per the attached hourly rate schedule.
