                103. Shruti herself declares that Ishvara is the Lord of Prakriti, Jivas, and Gunas. In the Aranyaka
                section of the Shruti (Bṛhadāraṇyaka Up.), He is clearly expounded as the Inner Controller.

                104. Here  also  (on  the  topic  of  Ishvara  just  as  that  of  Atman)  different  philosophers  argue  and

                maintain their own views about Ishvara. To support their views they quote statements, as per their

                own understanding, from Shruti as well.

                105. According to Maharshi Patanjali, exponent of Yoga school, Ishvara is a Special Purusha free

                from  miseries,  actions,  results  of  action,  and  their  latent  impressions.  Like  Jiva,  Ishvara  also  is
                unattached Consciousness.
