№ Principle Regulations to ensure the principle implementation

just in time in the context of the acknowledgement.
For a manufacturing CIN, the use of this principle ensures the formation of a

closed loop, which improves the CIN’s level of production and profit increase.
The general scheme of the use of the principle of closure can be submitted in

the following closed sequence of studies (events on marketing): in today’s
market determination of CIN’s level causes the definition of goals, objectives,

current problems, the formation of CIN image causes planning (strategic,

tactical, operational, corporate and local) in order to perform its tasks; plans,
implementation of activities to achieve medical objectives, etc.). The presence

of the loop based on this principle will ensure the manageability of CIN’s

                                    performance at any level control.
The main guidelines are formulated in the publications (Kavun, 2007, 2008,

2009; Ponomarenko and Kavun, 2008). Between the structural elements
(objects and subjects), the principle requires corresponding relations

(information, medical, technological, physical, logical, and others), the
             7 Integrity
combination of which will ensure CIN’s operations and activities as a whole

mechanism, its integrity. In addition, the use of this principle ensures the

formation of a hierarchical structure in the form of CIN management chains in
                                    the context of OSS.

Based on the given principle all the determined objects and subjects must have

a relevant OSS level coordinated with other objects and subjects at all levels
of the CIN’s activity. However, the sum of OSS levels in all defined objects
                  Basis
8 and subjects is not equal to n i OSS m j BST , where n is a number of CIN
(systemacy) ∑ IF SES ∑ + IF SES
                                                              i= 1      j= 1
                                                                            OSS
                                                                         i
objects; m is a number of CIN subjects; IF SES is the OSS level for the і-object
                                            j
                                               BST
of CIN; IF SES is the OSS level for the j-object of CIN.
                                    The main issues have been formulated in the publications (Kavun, 2008, 2009;

Ponomarenko and Kavun, 2008). The use of this principle gives an opportunity
of structuring some issues concerning the provision of an OSS concept for

9 Dynamics CIN. It leads to simplification of the algorithm of dealing with problems
arising while using an OSS in CIN. Moreover, the application of this principle

helps to obtain the OSS objective indicators for CIN temporally, i.e., to use
some known methods for making forecasts. It can also provide a timely
