The Curios Shop
In a little shop in Bruges
Where the welcome was quite huge
“We’ve been rescued!”
Shouted all four bears out loud
The Fagans, they were smitten
And the six returned to Britain
They did something good
It made them feel quite proud
It was all that they could do
To model bears for me and you
And Peter’s bears still
Draw a happy crowd...
But, it’s nowadays a mystery
And there’s little in Bear’s history
But we’ll find our Founder Bear
That’s what I’ve vowed...
