Green Screen Magic (Gr 8-12, Morning) VS10D19
Video art comes to the MCA! Learn to manipulate moving images to create animations, performance pieces, and more. Participants engage in all aspects of production from storyboarding to final edits. Friends and family are encouraged to celebrate the artists’ accomplishments and view their work as part of our Friday student exhibit.

Hair And Makeup Design (Gr 8-12, Afternoon) VS10E19
In this hands-on intensive, participants will discover the art of stage hair and makeup, whether starting from scratch or building upon techniques they already know. Emphasis will be placed on how hair and makeup design can be used to create characters from realistic to fantastical, as participants explore a range of styles, including special effects makeup. Students will experiment with and apply these new skills during the week-long intensive, culminating in a design presentation on Friday afternoon.
