POLICIES & PROCEDURES
GENERAL INFORMATION
All classes are held at the Dorothy and Charles Mosesian Center for the Arts (unless otherwise indicated), located at 321 Arsenal Street in Watertown, MA. For directions, visit our web site at www.mosesianarts.org or call 617-926-ARTS (2787).
Adult classes are open to students 17 years or older. Only registered students may attend classes. There are no visitors allowed in the classes at the Mosesian Center for the Arts.
PARKING
Parking at the Arsenal on the Charles complex is FREE at a centrally located 6 floor parking garage, as well as a large number of ground level parking spots around the campus. Spots fill quickly during business hours.
TUITION
Tuition must be paid at the time of registration. Our preferred method of registration is via our online system and can be found at www.mosesianarts.org/ education. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX, and personal checks made payable to Mosesian Center for the Arts. To register by phone, please call 617-926-ARTS (2787), Mon–Fri, 12 - 5 pm.
Early registration is highly recommended, as classes fill early or may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.
TUITION ASSISTANCE
Thanks to our generous donors, we are able to provide a limited number of student scholarships and tuition assistance for our programs. Visit mosesianarts.org, watertownchildrenstheatre.org, or call 617-926-ARTS (2787) for more information.
MEMBER DISCOUNT
To enjoy discounts on adult classes, join the Mosesian Center for the Arts at the Contributor Membership level of $40. Minimum of Donor Membership $75 required for children’s class discounts. To join, fill out the registration form, sign up on our website, mosesianarts.org or call 617-923-0100 x 8300 for more information.
CONFIRMATION/SCHEDULE CHANGES
Your registration will be confirmed by email. The Mosesian Center for the Arts reserves the right to cancel under-enrolled classes, change instructors when necessary and reschedule classes as needed.
REFUND POLICY
School-year programs: Full refunds will be made if a class is cancelled due to insufficient enrollment. Student cancellations must be received at least 5 business days prior to production/class/workshop start date and a $25 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. After that time tuition will be refunded, minus the $25 fee, ONLY if your child’s space is filled by another participant. Students who are eligible for a refund may choose, in lieu of a refund, to have their tuition transferred to another class within the same term (with the exception
of private lessons). Short-term workshops and membership fees are not refundable.
Summer Vacation programs: Full refunds will

of private lessons). Short-term workshops and membership fees are not refundable.
PHOTOS/VIDEO
Photographs and video will occasionally be
taken during classes and programs and used for promotional purposes. If you have concerns, please inform us when you register.
SUPPLIES
Adults are responsible for their own supplies, unless otherwise stated in the course description. Children’s classes include supplies, unless stated in the course description.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the case of bad weather, morning classes at the Mosesian Center for the Arts are cancelled when the Watertown Public School System is closed. For afternoon and evening cancellations, please check our website or call 617-926-ARTS (2787). An update will be posted by 12 noon.
