 SEX is an exercise, both spiritual and physical. When two people of opposite

sex engage in (legal) sex, they ease burden and enter into a bond for a
common cause. That is, they yoke together in strength and ability to will

and to do. Whatever they will and do in truth produces good result. So, the
Bible say "...two is better than one". This is a mystery, it's spiritual. So also,

health? NO!

9. It’s quite frustrating when one's submission is not yielding positive results,
So most times I just ignore, so I can have my peace, because many times he
