Visualize

Look at the photograph of the dangerous curve in the road.
Visualize cars going around that curve. Some drivers are

cautious, others speed; some clutch the steering wheel with a

death grip, others casually drape one hand across it. Look at

the drivers in your mind; see their faces, anxious or relaxed or

gleefully demonic.

Plan

Plan your paper, thinking about the drivers you have visualized
and other kinds of drivers you have encountered. What

different types are there? What specific term would you use for

each?

Draft

Now you are ready to write. Draft your paragraph, describing

how two of the types of drivers you have listed might approach

the dangerous curve at night.
