                            ACCOUNTING
                            Maintain general and specific accounting records such as accounts receivable,
                            accounts payable, and general ledger.

                            COMMUNICATIONS
                            Send and receive information from other computers, including fax, e-mail,
                            and surfing the Web.

                            DESKTOP PUBLISHING
                            Create high-quality newsletters, brochures, manuals, advertising, and other
                            special documents combining text, photographs, and graphics.
                            FORMS
                            Provide standard business forms such as invoices and purchase orders but allow
                            for the modification of forms and the creation of entirely new forms.

                            GRAPHICS
                            Prepare diagrams, organization charts, line and bar graphs, pie charts, and other
                            kinds of illustrations.

                            TRAINING
                            Teach employees about various topics, including how to use computers, how
                            to supervise workers, and how to prepare a talk.

                            UTILITIES
                            Aid other software to work more effectively, such as providing a variety of type
                            styles and font sizes, recovering lost files, and finding and correcting computer
                            system errors.
